Automated Sorting And Interconnection
The fully automated robotic arm precisely arranges the components, and low-temperature infrared non-destructive welding technology is used to eliminate thermal stress microcracks.
Fully Automated Lamination Process
The components enter a multi-cavity laminator, where the adhesive film undergoes perfect cross-linking and curing under high temperature and high vacuum conditions.
Robotic Arm For Precise Framing And Gluing
Industrial robots automatically press-fit anodized aluminum frames and evenly apply high-grade silicone. An IP68-rated junction box is then installed to ensure durability.
LiFePO4 Cells Undergo Full Capacity Testing
Only Grade A lithium iron phosphate cells are used, and 100% automatic capacity testing is performed upon arrival at the factory to strictly match internal resistance, voltage, and capacity.
High-Frequency Laser Welding Of Modules
The battery cell tabs are connected using automated, high-precision laser deep-penetration welding, eliminating the risk of overheating and poor soldering during charging and discharging.
BMS Integration And Testing
The battery integrates an intelligent BMS; the finished product undergoes rigorous charge-discharge cycle testing in a constant-temperature aging chamber to verify its absolute safety.
